How you will enjoy your day:
Oversee the Mii amo Lounge Attendants, Telephone Operators and Concierge and be responsible for delivering an unequaled spa experience for guests. Work with other managers and supervisors to oversee all aspects of the spa and related services including, but not limited to, developing and monitoring guest services staffing, reservations, locker room, guest billing, check-in-procedures and guest service. Act as additional support and cover shifts as a Telephone Operator, Concierge and Lounge Attendant as needed. Position requires shift flexibility in support of Spa Operations Director.
The Spa Guest Services Manager reflects a warm, personal, efficient, engaging and anticipatory service ethic across a range of tasks and functions in alignment with the Forbes 5 Star Resort Standards. Is a Mii amo Ambassador and role-model for fellow teammates, other departments, and guests.
Supervision Received: General Manager
Bachelor’s degree from four-year College or university; or equivalent work related experience and/or training. Prefer 2 years’ prior management/supervisory skills preferably in a spa and hotel/resort operations experience. Must have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with ease. Computer skills required. Spa software knowledge desired. Strong guest and team member relations skills.
