Shuttle Driver

Status: Part-Time - Seasonal

Basic Function:

Transport Tides Inn team members to and from team member housing at Taylor Creek to the Tides Inn. 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive vehicles over specified routes or to specified destinations according to time schedules, complying with traffic regulations to ensure that passengers have a smooth and safe ride.
  • Park vehicles at loading areas so that passengers can board.
  • Advise passengers to be seated and orderly while on vehicles.
  • Inspect vehicles and check gas, oil, and water levels prior to departure.
  • Fill the vehicle with gas as needed.
  • Transport Tides Inn Team Members to local destinations as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); Over 1 month
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

  • 90% driving 
  • 10% walking
  • Hearing and Manual dexterity
  • Distance vision 1-3 feet
