Job Description

Basic Function:  Handle and detail guest reservations to ensure exceptional service.

Work Performed:

  1. Ability to work together to create and deliver extraordinary experiences, foster a caring, authentic, engaging and courteous work environment/culture and learn & demonstrate Forbes 4/5 star service standards with internal & external guests
  2. Detail all guest reservations, including rates, packaging, room assignments, share with reservations and special requests, obtaining all necessary information and accurately entering it into the PMS system
  3. Assist with VIP information and amenities
  4. Research and merge all previous stay information for guests
  5. Provide guests with the requested information concerning the facilities, locations, services and surrounding area
  6. Confirm reservations in SynXis and enter failed to integrate
  7. Research cancellations in both Navis and SynXis
  8. Assist Scottsdale reservations team with overflow calls
  9. Assist the group coordinator and accounting as needed, with rooming lists, pick up reports, suite blocks and reviewing accuracy in room assignments and billing
  10. Update resort promo chart and distribute to appropriate departments
  11. Assist Front Office Leadership Team & VIP Manager with a variety of  tasks not limited to brochure requests, gift card processing, and data entry
  12. Assist with leveling Owner Allocation
  13. Process deposits when needed
  14. Complete all daily checklists and reports
  15. Monitor Rooms Matrix in Property Management System to shift reservations for maximum availability
  16. Manage any Reservations that fail to integrate into the Property Management System
  17. Other duties as assigned
