How you will enjoy your day: Assist the Human Resources Department in all aspects of administration. Provides the welcoming presence for all incoming team members and upholds strict confidentiality.
Work Performed:
- Greets all team members arriving to the department.
- Assists the Recruiting Manager with applicants and refreshing of jobs.
- Enrolls new hires into time clock, assist with getting name tags/uniforms, gate stickers and tracking referrals.
- Be the HR point person for ADP questions and data input.
- Track various programs and ensure compliance; spa licenses, FHC, and other training, etc.
- Assist team members with HR related questions and direct them to the appropriate HR team member.
- Responsible for scanning, including PAF’s, new hire forms and team member file information.
- Data entry of HR related items into ADP system.
- Responsible for programs such as team member anniversaries and birthday cards, team member lockers, Star Rewards, shoes for crews, team member restaurant and room requests, etc.
- Confirm attendees for new hire orientation.
- Create forms, flyers and run reports as needed.
- Responsible for keeping communication boards up to date.

- Assist Training Manager with new hire orientation and day 2 orientation training packets.
- Assist Human Resources Manager with events, such as 5-star, leader of quarter and leader/team member of the year, annual picnic, Christmas party, etc.

Supervision Exercised: None
Supervision Received: Human Resources Manager, Recruitment & Housing Manager and Director of Human Resources.
Responsibility & Authority:
- Responsible for maintaining confidentiality in the Human Resources Department.
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies and keeping office running smoothly.
- Offer letters, orientations, TBNT, and I-9 process.
Minimum Requirements:
High school education or equivalent. Some college preferred. Must have 2+ years’ office experience. Prior supervisory skills and hotel/resort experience helpful. Must have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to perform and prioritize multiple tasks with ease. Computer skills required. Welcoming presence is a must.
