Floral Specialist and Gardner

What you will be doing: Responsible for planning, planting, growth, and maintenance of the Chef Garden. Working with Mii amo chef on seasonality and ideas to support culinary operation. Responsible for weekly changes of centerpieces in all restaurants, public spaces and Mii amo spa treatment rooms. Assist with producing flower arrangements as requested by guests. Assist with floral-based art programming through the Artist Cottage, including classes on floral arranging, pressed flowers, and seasonal botanical themes.
