How you will enjoy your day: To assist guests and resort staff, efficiently, courteously and professionally, maintaining a high standard of service and hospitality.
Work Performed:
- Greet guests as they arrive at the greeter/bell stand.
- Transport resort guests’ to and from the airport and other locations whenever necessary.
- Escort guests to their rooms and deliver their baggage, providing information about Enchantment Resort & Mii amo Spa and other area attractions.
- Ensure guests are aware of necessary safety precautions such as locations of flashlights, fire extinguishers, etc. and assist guests if necessary in emergency.
- Assist departing guests’ with luggage.
- Provide rides to guests around the property as requested.
- Open the lobby doors, being available for any guest requests and questions.
- Make all special deliveries to the rooms (flowers, wine, fruit baskets, mail, etc.)
- Keep ashtrays clean, pillows fluffed, floor and walkways clear of debris in guest lobby areas.
- Help ensure the lobby, pool and grounds areas are neat at all times and inform appropriate department if necessary to correct.
- Keep lobby fireplaces lit, when appropriate.
- Pick up and deliver guests’ laundry and ensure that the charges are posted to the guests’ account.
- Secure laundry bags with proper tickets and take to cleaners in town daily (except Sundays and holidays).
- Run any errands as requested by management during laundry drops.
