How you will enjoy your day:

To assist guests and resort staff, efficiently, courteously and professionally, maintaining a high standard of service and hospitality

Work Performed:

  1. Check in with Bell Captain for the day (any leads or updates)
  2. Run a daily line up for the afternoon bellman 
  3. Delegate arrivals to the afternoon bellman accordingly
  4. Sets the tone and helps the flow of arrivals 
  5. Communicates and coordinates the movement of arrivals throughout the day, holding other bellman accountable their locations and ETAs for guest needs
  6. Oversee the drive allocating bellman and the greeter to certain positions
  7. Review the completion of daily bellman checklist, assist any pending tasks & sign off of on the checklist
  8. Make sure each bellman checks out with the supervisor/MOD before leaving for the night
  9. Ensure that all pass ons, are relayed to the proper department / position. 
  10. Escort guests to their rooms and deliver their baggage, providing information about Enchantment Resort & Mii amo Spa and other area attractions
  11. Ensure guests are aware of necessary safety precautions such as locations of flashlights, fire extinguishers, etc. and assist guests if necessary in emergency
  12. Assist departing guests’ with luggage
  13. Provide rides to guests around the property as requested 
  14. Open the lobby door and be available for any guest requests and questions
  15. Make all special deliveries to the rooms (flowers, wine, fruit baskets, mail, etc.) 
  16. Keep ashtrays clean, pillows fluffed, floor and walkways clear of debris in guest lobby areas 
  17. Help ensure the lobby, pool and grounds areas are neat at all times and inform appropriate department correction is necessary
  18. Keep lobby fireplaces lit, when appropriate
  19. Pick up and deliver guests’ laundry and ensure that the charges are posted to the guests’ account
  20. Secure laundry bags with proper tickets and ensure daily pickup/delivery
  21. Run any errands as requested by management 
  22. Ensure Audi fleet and golf carts are kept clean, in good repair and inspected daily
  23. Assist with snow removal whenever necessary
  24. Assist at the front gate when necessary to assist Safety & Security department
  25. Assist Mii amo spa attendants with guest rides when necessary as backup support 
  26. Patrol the property to be sure that all rooms are secure and report any suspicious activities to the MOD
  27. Assist other departments as necessary
  28. Other duties as assigned
